Slicing and Dicing Your Adjustments.

A free tutorial that gets right to the point without any huff and puff? Count me in!

nyfalls.com gives us this great tutorial on what an Adjustment Layer is, what a Mask is, and how to use the two to slice and dice your images into little adjustment chunks!

An adjustment layer is one of my most used tools inside of Photoshop, allowing non-destructive edits to be created on the fly with masking capabilities built right in. I plan on doing some tutorials on them myself, but I think this is a great introduction to the system in place. It uses an older version of Photoshop (Release 6 *Gasp!*) but everything talked about still holds true to CC today.  Click the link below to fill your noggin with Adjustment Layer knowledge!
